1. Certified advertisers:
1.1 When there are too many outstanding orders for a single ad.
1) Your buy ad will be automatically hidden when there are 8 outstanding orders for the ad.
2) When the number of outstanding orders drops to 4, the ad will become visible again. The ad being hidden won't affect its rank.
3) Your sell ad will be automatically hidden when there are 50 outstanding orders for the ad.
2) When the number of outstanding orders drops to 40, the ad will become visible again. The ad being hidden won't affect its rank.
1.2 When there aren't enough tradable assets remaining for an ad.
Single order limit amount > Remaining ad quantity × Ad price:
Your ad will be automatically hidden when there aren't enough assets left in the ad (when the remaining ad quantity is less than the minimum tradable amount). The ad will become visible again once you add more tradable assets, but it will lose its previous rank.
1.3 When the ad status is set to "Hidden".
Ad set to "Hidden":
If you set the status of an ad to "Hidden" when you first publish it, then trading will only be supported via ad sharing. If you need to make the ad visible, just go to your merchant dashboard and change the display status of the ad to "Public".
1.4 When you set an ad to "Take a break" on the merchant dashboard.
Ad set to "Take a break" on the merchant dashboard:
After you select "Take a break", all of your ads will be temporarily hidden. When you're ready to come back, you can change this setting on your merchant dashboard. If you make an ad visible again during the break, the ad rank won't be affected; however, the ad will lose its rank if you don't make it visible again during the time that you set for the break.
1.5 When you receive too many order appeals.
Too many order appeals:
Once you get so many appeals against your orders, all of your ads will be temporarily hidden.
Up until you process a certain number of appealed orders, some of your permissions will be limited: you won't be able to post new ads or place orders on other people's ads.
After you process so many order appeals, your ad will automatically become visible again, and it won't lose its rank.
