How long does it take for my deposit to be credited?
We remind you that TED transfers are cleared only on business days and hours. If you made the payment outside these hours, your deposit will be credited at the first moment on the next business day. For PIX transactions, it is possible to transfer any day of the week, regardless of whether it is a holiday or even a weekend. PIX should be the preferred way to deposit since it works 24/7.

What type of BRL deposits are accepted?
It is possible to make deposits via bank transfer (PIX and TED).
How to deposit via PIX?
It is possible to make a PIX transfer either using a PIX key to the gateway's CNPJ (34.942.560/0001-87) or by specifying the destination bank account details. Please follow step by step PIX instruction here
What is the deposit fee?
There are no fees for deposits, the amount of your order will be fully credited.
How long can I process my deposit after an order has been created?
You must pay within 7 days (1 week) after creating the deposit order, after this timeframe your order will expire and your deposit will be automatically refunded.
I paid for an order that was expired, now what?
In this case, you can create a new deposit order for the same amount, this way it will be automatically credited to your account.
Can I use CNPJ to make deposits?
Yes, please switch to a corporate account to be able to use CNPJ.
Can I pay from any bank account?
Transfers can be made from any Brazilian bank, but the account holder's name must match the name used for Identity Verification at Binance. The taxpayer (CPF/CNPJ) number must also match. Sending from corporate accounts to Binance personal accounts (or vice-versa) is not supported, even if the corporate account's holder is a sole-owner company. Be aware of joint accounts, as the transaction will arrive on behalf of the primary holder.
In case of any issues with my transfer, in how long will I be refunded?
If you have any issues with the transfer, such as wrong account type, incorrect or missing bank details, etc, the funds will be returned in the next business days.
Can I transfer directly without placing an order on Binance.com?
You must place an order at ttps://www.binance.comhttps://www.binancezh.top/en/my/wallet/account/main/deposit/fiat/BRL. before any transfers from a bank account are made, if you forget to create the order, just create it later, remembering that the order will need to be in the same amount transferred.
I made a transfer different than the order amount
The amount transferred must exactly match the order placed on https://www.binancezh.tophttps://www.binancezh.top/en/my/wallet/account/main/deposit/fiat/BRL, if you entered a different amount when creating the order, you must create a new one entering the correct.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to be complete?
Your withdrawal orders will be processed after you create them within the banking hours. If you create a withdrawal order outside this time period, it will be processed on the next business day. Can I withdraw BRL to any bank accounts in Brazil?
The bank accounts that will receive the withdrawals must be owned by the same owner of your Binance account. It is worth mentioning that transfers to joint accounts (even if you are one of the holders) and individual company accounts (MEI and EIRELI) are also not accepted.
What is the fee for withdrawals?
There is currently no withdrawal fee.
I requested a withdrawal, but I still haven't received it

I made a withdrawal, but I entered the wrong bank details, what shall I do?
Don't worry, if you have entered the incorrect bank details in your withdrawal order, an automated email will be sent to you as soon as the transaction is rejected by the receivers’ banks, you must follow the steps presented in the email in order to complete your withdrawal request. After your correct bank account info is updated, your withdrawal will be processed instantly, unless you make the correction outside bank hours, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
