Invite your friends through the Lite Referral Time-Limited Activity, and receive a Personalized Reward containing up to 500 USDT in token voucher with your referred friends for every completed task.

Activity A: Invite Your Friends to Binance and Unlock Personalized Rewards Together!
Share the Lite Referral Time-Limited Activity Link/ID with a friend who has not registered with Binance yet to unlock Personalized Rewards for both of you.
Referrals can complete two tasks to be eligible for the rewards:
- Referrals must complete cumulative deposits of more than $50 equivalent via cash deposit, buy with credit/debit card, P2P trading, or cryptocurrency deposit for both the referrer and the referral to each receive one Personalized Reward.
- Referrals must complete cumulative trades of more than $200 equivalent on any Spot or Convert trading pairs for both the referrer and the referral to each receive an additional Personalized Reward.
Note: Referrals must complete the deposit task in order to also receive rewards from the trading task.
Each Personalized Reward contains up to 500 USDT in token voucher. Collect more Personalized Rewards to increase your chances at unlocking a larger prize, and have a greater chance of unlocking Surprise Personalized Rewards, which contain up to 500 USDT in token vouchers. Each eligible user can get up to 20 Personalized Rewards in total.
Activity B: Share the Activity on Social Media to Unlock Up to 100 USDT
Visit the Lite Referral Personalized Reward Activity page and click [Pooled Reward] > [Share] to share the activity on any of your social media accounts during the activity period. Users who successfully share the activity with friends that click on the shared link or scan the QR code will qualify for this activity.
Users will be ranked by the number of Personalized Rewards collected from Activity A, and the top 5,000 eligible users will stand to share a 5,000 USDT rewards pool on a first-come, first-served basis. The top three eligible users* will each receive a 100 USDT token voucher, and the subsequent 4,997 eligible users will equally share 4,700 USDT in token vouchers.
The Binance UIDs of the top three eligible users will be announced on the Lite Referral Personalized Reward Activity page seven days after the activity ends.
*Please Note:
- Rewards for the top three eligible users in Activity B will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis if there are more than three top eligible users who collect the same amount of Personalized Rewards in Activity A and qualify for Activity B.
- The same first-come, first-served principle will be used in the selection of the other 4,997 eligible users for rewards in Activity B, where applicable.
Terms and Conditions:
- A referrer can only claim one reward on each referral. If a friend signs up using the referrer’s Lite Referral Activity ID/link, you will not be eligible for commission-based rewards, and vice versa.
- Both the referrer and the referral must complete KYC within seven days after the promotion ends for any party to unlock the corresponding Personalized Rewards on the Activity Page.
- Personalized Rewards are a fixed amount between 0.2 to 500 USDT depending on the user’s historical activity with Binance.
- Token voucher rewards will be distributed within 48 hours of unlocking the rewards on the Activity Page. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token vouchers via Account > Reward Center. Eligible users must unlock their Personalized Rewards within seven days after the promotion ends.
- Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotion. Deposits made via a sub-account or account transfer will not qualify.
- Any deposit via a third-party payment method or from another Binance account will not be counted toward the deposit requirement in Activity A.
- Binance will use the real-time fiat currency to USD foreign exchange rates for calculating the USD value of deposits via fiat channels to calculate the value of the deposit completed during the Promotion Period.
- Lite Referral Activity Links/IDs for this promotion will cease to work when all rewards are distributed.
- Activity A:
- Each eligible account can receive a maximum of 20 Personalized Rewards: 10 from deposit tasks and 10 from trading tasks.
- Referrals must complete the deposit task in order to also receive rewards from the trading task.
- Activity B:
- The rewards for Activity B will be unlocked within 72 hours after the promotion ends.
- Users will be able to check the list of USDT winners via [View List] below the Pooled Reward tab seven days after the activity ends.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the activity. This includes bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
