In celebration of Independence Day in Estonia, Binance is launching a promotion for users in Estonia, where eligible users can enjoy discounted transaction fees for their first EUR deposit via Bank Card during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period: 2023-02-20 10:00 (UTC) to 2023-02-26 23:59 (UTC)
Only the first 2,000 eligible users who deposit EUR using their bank cards during the Promotion Period will qualify to enjoy the discounted transaction fees. The value of the discount will be equivalent to the transaction fees incurred in users’ first EUR deposit, capped at $5 per eligible transaction.

- The Promotion is only available to users who complete KYC in Estonia.
- The local currency that is eligible for the promotion is EUR.
- Only EUR deposits made via Bank Card will qualify as an eligible transaction.
- All EUR deposits with zero transaction fees will not count as a qualified transaction in this Promotion.
- Binance will use the real-time EUR/USD foreign exchange rate to calculate the deposit fee discount for each eligible user.
- Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Promotion, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
