  • This promotion is valid only for users who have never subscribed to Simple Earn Flexible Products.
  • This promotion will apply only to the first product that new users subscribe to in this list. There may be concurrent new user promotions applicable to other tokens, and users will only be able to enjoy the additional APR for their first subscription, including those in this list.
  • Once this promotion period ends, the APR will be adjusted to the standard rate.
Promotion 3: First 3,000 Users Who Subscribe to Simple Earn with Their Binance Fan Tokens Will Receive BUSD Locked Trial Fund Vouchers

During the promotion period, the first 3,000 users who subscribe to Simple Earn Flexible Products with ALPINE, LAZIO, PORTO or SANTOS with the minimum subscription amount as specified in the table below, and stay subscribed for at least seven days, will be eligible to receive BUSD Locked Trial Fund Vouchers based on the reward structure below.

Qualification Criteria for Promotion 3:
  • Users must subscribe to Simple Earn Flexible Products during the promotion period with at least the minimum amounts specified above for ALPINE, LAZIO, PORTO or SANTOS in a single transaction, and stay subscribed for at least seven days to qualify. For example, if a user subscribed 10 LAZIO to Simple Earn Flexible Products on 2022-11-20, this user must not redeem any amounts of LAZIO from Simple Earn Flexible Products before 2022-11-27 23:59 (UTC) to qualify. Additional amounts subscribed will not result in additional rewards.
  • Auto-subscription amounts will not be included in the qualification criteria.
  • Existing users who redeem tokens listed above from Simple Earn Flexible Products from 2022-11-17 00:00 (UTC) onward and subsequently attempt to participate in Promotion 3 will not be eligible.
  • Rewards for Promotion 3 will be distributed to the winners by 2022-12-08 06:00 (UTC), and we will notify winners by email and app notifications.
  • Each eligible user is entitled to one Locked Trial Fund Voucher only for this Promotion.
  • Once distributed, winners will have 14 days to redeem their vouchers. Once redeemed, a BUSD Locked Product position will be created for them, which entitles users to daily rewards distributed to their Spot Wallets.
  • Upon expiry of the Locked Product position created with the BUSD Locked Trial Fund, the principal amount of the Fund will be transferred to users’ Spot Wallets.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Subscriptions to the Flexible Products listed above are subject to their respective individual and product subscription limits. Users will not be able to subscribe when the subscription amounts are at their limits.
  • Rewards for Simple Earn products are distributed daily into users’ Spot Wallets. Upon subscription, users will start accruing rewards on the subscribed assets the next day. Thereafter, distributions will start after the first day of accruing rewards.

  • Binance Simple Earn may make changes to the supported tokens, rewards, individual limits and total subscription limits from time to time.
  • Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior.
  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
